How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every US order. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes another 4 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships you get an email with a tracking link. You can also track it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, with free shipping on every order.

When will my order be charged?
Your payment is processed at checkout when you place the order. You will receive an order confirmation by email right away.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Contact us with your order number to start a return.

Do I pay for return shipping? Is there a restocking fee?
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover it. We do not charge any restocking fee, and once your return is approved you receive a full refund of the product price.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we let you know whether it is approved. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a little extra time to post it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Every payment is processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.

How do I find my glove size?
A golf glove should fit like a second skin: snug across the palm with no loose material at the fingertips. If you are between sizes, size down. Each glove product page includes a fit tip.

Will the Rover push cart fit my bag?
The Rover fits bags with tops up to 10.5 inches, which covers most stand and cart bags, including our own Fairway 14. Both the upper and lower brackets are adjustable.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has shipped we can no longer change it, but you can always use our 30-day return policy.
